Our chocolatiers have identified three keys to a successful wine pairing. Beginning with wine varietals, confections are formulated to either complement or contrast with the wine.
Must refers to the fresh pressed grape juice, seeds & skins. After fermentation, the juice is removed and the residual is used for grappa. There is no must in our chocolate, but it's a must for any occasion. Pairs nicely with different wines.
